I already have a used AD-9 Bendix air dryer, brackets and new filters, I just thought it would work. The truck it came off of had a 16.6 cfm pump at 1250 rpm, and two large air tanks about 60 gallons total. If the unit could handle that much CFM I would think it could handle my compressor for...

Has anybody used a over the road truck air dryer (think air brakes) for moisture removal from a shop air system? The cartridges are cheap for me and easy to change. I was thinking maybe one a year for the amount that I use my air compressor. any problem with my thinking? Thanks Brent
