Not a fan of the C pillar, to me it just looks like the windshield was mirrored to the rear, doesn't really flow, either the front needs to be leaned back more or the rear needs to be vertical, you may have done this in the previous versions, but I didn't see any. I would consider chopping it...

Curious why you removed the framing, would have been better off insulating it and using all the chip board you removed for the walls, your heat bill is going to go up.

I had a similar problem on my door. I added treated wood spacers to the gap and then used the same weather strip that is used to seal the top & sides of the door to the bottom, sealed it up nicely.
