Hello all, we moved and bought a house on a double lot a few years back. It had an existing 20'x40' concrete slab that functioned as an RV parking spot for previous owners. I had schemes of building a nice garage, then I bought my "dream car". 1969 Mustang fastback in pretty rough shape. I tore it down and of course found even more than I had expected, so it went on hold while I decided what to do.
Fast forward 2 years, and after realizing I need a ton of space to do what I want with the car I finally bit the bullet and bought a 19'x38' steel building with 9' walls. The slab is not in the best of shape so I had to have a PE do some calculations and he said it's good enough. Pony'd up for insulation and plan to run AC in the not too distant future . In a couple weeks I have an electrician running a 100A subpanel with 230V service. I plan to run all the wiring for lights/receptacles etc, and eventually plumb an air compressor.

And of course the car
