I have decided on a vinyl tile floor for a portion of my garage. It is about 2 years old and the slab was finished with a mechanical trowel (helicopter looking machine). I wanted it very smooth so I could use my go-jacks and roll cars around easily. So the slab is 'sealed' I guess? I'm sure...
