I think I found the solution.
I went to the expense of outfitting my wife with a Kick $ss Sewing Room.
I found out what her passion was and ran with it. Now it is her that is always gone in her Girl Cave. Giving me the opportunity to go out to my garage. :)

I did exterior semi gloss white. Easy to keep clean and doesn't show the plaster imperfections unless your looking for them. Only you will know were they are.

The etcher will promote adhesion for the new paint.
