I had my new well dug about 5yrs ago,and I don't know if it was something they did but I keep getting the rotten egg smell.i have to bleach the well about once a year.is there anything else I can do?

Boards are not in real bad shape,but are splitting and some are splintering.ill check that deckscapes.thanks

Hi guys,been looking at deck options with replacing the boards or coating.any experiences with the coating such as behr 4x or 10x and rustolium restore?just worried about the durability don't want to waste time and money.seen a lot of reviews where it's bubbling and peeling after one season.
