Any Prime Big Day Deals? Post them! Oct. 8-9

I had a number of things in my cart that are now saying "Prime Big Deal." The problem is that the day before, they were cheaper or had a percent off coupon that made them cheaper than the "Prime Big Deal" price. I'm sure there may be something that is worthwhile on the Amazon website, but in...

How to check fluid level on Sears 326.12002 jack?

Its likely the u-cup seal and you're in for a rebuild. Unless its sitting in a puddle of hydraulic oil.

Air Compressor Pump -- Oil fill?

I've got an old Eagle compressor, about 40 gallons that I gave to my SIL a year or so ago and just got back because it "keeps tripping the breaker." Well, the connecting rods were seized to the crank. I wound up getting them off with some heat and found that a finger one of the rods was...

    Wobble Fix Extensions

I had to check the date on this thread to see if it was an old thread or if something new was invented in wobble extensions. My set is probably 10 years old and came from Harbor Freight. You push the socket on all the way and its fixed. Don't push it on all the way and it wobbles.

    Adhesive for headliner reattachment?

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092NJH6XL/?tag=atomicindus08-20 This is the stuff. Last time I bought it, I had to buy a gallon. Nice that it is in a spray can now since it is near impossible to clean unless you have MEK or toluene or whatever solvent it requires. It will outlast the foam in the...

Yep. You just need a bigger/additional tool chest and you're in business.

Vintage snap on tool chest - good buy?

I think that's way high for that set. I paid $85 for mine, but that was a bargain. I'd put it in the $250-300 range. The drawers aren't very deep and it has some limitations with the welded in dividers. The slides aren't great if you overload the drawers.

ID new old vise please. Holland?

I'm pretty sure this is a Holland vise, but there are no markings on it other than the ones in the photos. There is the keystone with patd written on it and there is a 25 that appears to have a one running down the center of the 2 that showes up in the base and on the moving part of the vise...

    Harbor Freight Coupon Thread

Tried to buy an electric pole saw this weekend. They had one pictured in the banner Ad that I got in my email (several times) and say repeatedly on Facebook touting 25% off one item for the Memorial Day weekend. Trouble was, all of their pole saws were excluded because of their brand name or...

    Favorite Youtube Tool Channel

I like Watch Wes Work. I can identify with him and all the problems he seems to run into. I like Eric O and will watch his videos just for fun. I find the "enhance" bits funny every time. I also like the openings. Used to watch Vice Grips Garage, but all the schtick got old. My feeling with...

Mrritchie, that's awesome! It is amazing the knowledge base on this group. I can't wait to see the picture of what its supposed to look like.
