All of the risers are 2" pipe. The one on the left is the shower. I put water down it and and you can see water in the trap. I put water down the other two also and there was no standing water that I saw. I think the vent is the one to the right of the shower as @manwithtools stated in the...
Haha yes! I asked her if she wanted a curtain but she said nope don’t need it. She declined a vanity also. There is a laundry sink in an adjacent room where you can wash your hands.
Lots of great replies guys I really appreciate it. Yes, there are capped off supply lines overhead going into that room. Right now it is storage/shop space. My mother in law is getting up there in age and she is reluctant to spend anytime in her very nicely remodeled basement due to needing...
Hi fellas, my mother in law has a condo and the basement back room has plumbing rough in for a basement. It was built in 1980. Any idea what all the risers are? I assume one is the vent but no idea which it would be.
I still love it. No cylinder leaks. The only thing I did was get some new hoses because the ones that came with it starting to crack after a couple years. I had a local hose shop make up some nice Gates hoses.
I installed the remote lights because they are activated by motion sensors also built into the wall mounted controls.
The MyQ app works fine for opening and closing the doors from my phone. No complaints.
Yes, you can program up to 3 openers with the 3 button remotes they give you.
Mine has wheels. You just give it a big bear hug, lean the post back and roll it.
Its not bad at all. Also, they are more like 400lbs.
I was able to pick up the post from the top end and push it all the way upright on my own. I'm 5'10" 165lbs.
I doubt you'll have any meaningful drop over 100ft. What you might experience is not enough amps. I had one motor for a car lift that I needed to rewire as 220. More voltage = less amps. Do you have any 110 motors drawing significant amps?
