Hi fellas, my mother in law has a condo and the basement back room has plumbing rough in for a basement. It was built in 1980. Any idea what all the risers are? I assume one is the vent but no idea which it would be.

I still love it. No cylinder leaks. The only thing I did was get some new hoses because the ones that came with it starting to crack after a couple years. I had a local hose shop make up some nice Gates hoses.

I called on Friday and mine is on the way also. Had to pay $8 for their shipping and processing fee.

Mine has wheels. You just give it a big bear hug, lean the post back and roll it. Its not bad at all. Also, they are more like 400lbs. I was able to pick up the post from the top end and push it all the way upright on my own. I'm 5'10" 165lbs.

Myself and a few others on this board have the C-7000. Search under my name for past discussion. Bottom line is that I've been very happy with it.

I doubt you'll have any meaningful drop over 100ft. What you might experience is not enough amps. I had one motor for a car lift that I needed to rewire as 220. More voltage = less amps. Do you have any 110 motors drawing significant amps?

Use the 30 amp and see how it goes. I had the same situation and it ended up that for my use it was fine. In a one man shop you can only use so much at once!! haha

Bummer you had a bad experience. I can say that my experience was good. I didn't like the lack of instructions/documentation but they answered my questions over the phone and there were no issues.

You just pull each cable then walk back to the power unit and let the car down. Totally easy. I've had mine for over 2 years now and love it. The only thing that was an issue is that I had to replace my hoses last week. The ones that came with it started dry rotting and I got a pin hole...

That is crazy...unfortunately it is what it is....don't waste any money on it and just live with it.
