My daughter wants me to build a 1-1/2 car garage for her. I have the carpentry skills but, what I'm not sure about is dimensions. Is there such a thing as standard dimensions for a 1-1/2 car garage? What sizes do the garage doors come in? Any other input would be helpful.

On the corvette forum there was a discussion about ramps for corvettes. If I remember correctly the largest angle was 15 degrees to avoid rubbing the lower facia. This would apply to your driveway as well, imo
