I am finding that out very quickly. Part of me wants to stay with the original style construction of my house and then part of me wants the lesser expensive choice.

Either way the facade is staying. My concern was the remaining walls (basically building the garage addition like house was built... if that makes sense or just switching the remaining walls (no facade) to either block or stucco. The facade is only on the front facing wall of my house currently.

The time has come for me to start building my garage addition (1700sq ft). I am torn between wood and block framing. We have the basic plans drawn up so I can get some estimates. My current house is block with a red brick facade (wood framed behind). My gut is telling me to stay with block...

I bought the profssional epoxy coating when they sold it in stores 5 years ago. I have had zero regrets. Stuff works awesome. I abuse my floor pretty good too. I drug a 450lb engine on it with minor scuffing. I am definatly using it again in my next garage. Josh
