I need a rapidair fitting which is 1/2" tube to 3/8" NPT right angle..This is for where it will come out of the ceiling into my reel. Rapidair doesn't offer such a fitting. They have 3/8" NPT straight and 1/2" to 1/2" NPT right angle.
I suppose another option is to just use a reducing bushing...
Thanks. I ordered the RT one. Amazon Prime. Free shipping. Also, I found that it seems like the Electric one is actually just OEMd by reel craft. I found exact same one for $89.. So, I ordered it. Check it out:
Here is the one I ordered...
About to pull trigger on Reelcraft RT650 and Reelcraft LG3040 for garage. Anyone have either of these?
Will get the occasional weekend use. The reel craft power is $100 more then the cheaper ones, but thinking it might be a better made product?

You just gave me another idea. Have a friend who has a sign shop / vinyl cutting machine. I can just have him cut me small circles on the machine and stick those over the screws!

Not a bad idea with the buttons, I'll look into that. It's more then I want to paint. Doing the entire garage in this stuff so its likely between 1000 and 2000 screws. :-/

Hello,
Anyone have a suggestion on where I might be able to find white screws to use to mount gearwall to 2x4s? I need 2 1/2" screws.. I see that head cote makes a white one 2 5/8", but they don't make it in a normal head, only a trim head (smaller), so I don't want to use that to fasten gear...
So, what is the proper way to using furring strips, especially when coming up to things like windows, etc? Obviously I need ones close to the edges of the windows (regardless of 16" OC) and edges of corners, but then I've also understand that you really want the full 8' piece of material to land...
but won't work since I'm not mounting it all the way up to the ceiling. 7' of gear wall on a 10' wall. (2' from bottom and 1' from top) more or less.

Yes, I honestly think that might be my problem. I also think the bits they put in the tapcon packs aren't the best quality.
Still think I'm going to go with some anchors on these though..
