I haven't received mine yet, but that's the same experience here. Ordered 12/2 and appears to have left Raleigh, NC on 12/4. I actually placed another order on 12/2 for another item and was provided a shipping update for that order however.

I purchased mine last fall through shopstoragecabinets.com. He's an active member on this forum, "dittle fart around".

Anyone have or know the model number? I belive I have the first gen unit (Griots 10925) as I purchased it years ago and I want to know what this unit offers over mine to warrant the spending :).

I've very happy with my NewAge ProSeries cabinets. I have the stainless steel ones.

I also picked up the linemans last week but went ahead and ordered the alligators, needle nose and combination. Was planning on getting the Cobras instead of the alligators, but thought it was a good deal. Thanks!
