Would those numbers be on it anywhere or would the seal kits be the same by chance?

Can someone please help me identify this floor jack so I can order a seal kit for it and get it working again? 4 ft long G924 stamped behind cylinder G2613 stamped at base of handle G914 stamped inside of frame Any help is greatly appreciated.
