Floor jack identification

Can someone please help me identify this floor jack so I can order a seal kit for it and get it working again?
4 ft long
G924 stamped behind cylinder
G2613 stamped at base of handle
G914 stamped inside of frame
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It’s a Walker jack. Probably either a 782, 783, or 784.
