I've got a Quietside boiler (bought from Menards, installed by me) and it's been working fine (domestic hot water and radiant heat) for five or six years. The only problem I've had with it is a low voltage wire inside corroded badly that I had to repair.

I've got a few SK tools and they are great.

The FM broadcast band is in between TV channels 6 & 7 so a TV antenna should work fine. Though a non-directional antenna (most TV antennas are directional) might be a better choice depending on where you are.

I had a 1000 sqft storage room at my business wit the same issue. I tried a grinder but after about 6 hours it still had lots of mastic everywhere. Next I tried Bee-e-doo mastic remover. It worked great. Poor it on, spread it around with a squeegee wait and it dissolved the mastic. Then it was...
