Does anyone out there know how to determine the manufacture build date on a US Electrical Co grinder? It is a 2.0 HP, 1750 RPM and also has a stamp on the manufacture plate of 8684. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am also trying to figure out the original color. Essentially any...
