A little bit of common sense would tell you that these aren't one piece. Besides the cost already mentioned, no company is going to mask off the pegs before they anodized the flat plates....

You can paint it. Sherwin Williams make a product called Dryfall. Have painted many old factories that looked like this. Also what KenC said about doing Liner panels is a good option.

What would you guys recommend for someone with diesel trucks?

Sher-cryl from Sherwin Williams. Can go straight over galvanized steel. If you want to prime it use Pro-cryl then top coat with Sher-cryl. Been in the industrial painting industry for 18 yrs.
