Nice.
For me that would be a perfect ham radio parks on the air cart.
It would haul my radio, battery, antennas and such.

What's up with the 3 rear wheels per side? Does that thing spin or something?

The three wheels are to ease “climbing” curbs or closed staircases.

Nice. A lot more durable than most stuff nowadays thats is made from petroleum.
Ive been known to dumpster dive myself.
Snagged a perfectly good custodial cart from the dumpster at work.
It was plastic but like 3/16 to 1/4" thick stuff.
The wheels finally locked up after 10 or 15 years , I am moving and set it out by the road.
Within an hour it was gone.
