You're more than likely right on the two belts I agree. I will try that when I get home and see if that helps and I'll post my results. Thank you for all your help

Do you think if I try tightening the belt more that might take care of it?

Yeah, the motor runs fine.It keeps going strong when the pump starts to bind up

I'll try disconnecting the copper tube once it builds pressure and see if it leaks

The motor doesn't slow down.It stays at the same speed. It turns freely by hand with a belt on.I have not tried it with it off
