Forum - Thank you all! I just ordered two new springs so they are matched from DDM Garage Doors online. They were very helpful and all I had to do is give them the serial number from my Clopay door and they knew what to send. I will report back after installation. - Jim

I am trying to balance my garage door after replacing one of the two regular torsion springs (that broke) on my heavy two car garage door. My main issue is that when I installed the new spring which matched the old one, it seems like I have each side wound properly but the door seems a bit heavy...
