    Gentlemen, Does anyone know the correct way to disassemble the hydraulic cylinder on a Blackhawk SJ 2 ? The end called the top cap has multiple grooves as if to afford a grip. Is it a threaded or press fit? The diagram looks to show a threaded cylinder within.I don't want to damage the thing...

    Gentlemen, I was looking for information on rebuilding a sj-2 Blackhawk floor jack and this site came up. Holly cow! There is a amazing amount of varied information here. I'm from Conn.,retired and spend my time playing with older vehicles and house repairs. Very interesting site!
