Just picked up a "Pedestal Mount Metal Bender" (part number 2910165) from my local Princess Auto for $30.01, regular $149.99. The guy at the store said they're clearing out the old stock, they have a newer model in now.

Thanks 930dreamer, it does look a fair bit like the K-21. I did a bit of digging, and I think I have it figured out. I believe it's a "Fleet" logo. The logo was trademarked by Penens (i.e. Proto) in 1947. Which would mean the box was made between 1947-1965, roughly.
Here's the inside, it had a mostly complete (I'm guessing) Penens socket set, as well as a set of beat up "Select Steel" DBE wrenches and a few other random goodies.
I just picked up this toolbox at my local auction house, just wondering if anyone can help me identify who made it and roughly when it was made.
