Don't forget to pick it up before the snow plow comes by!

    Best 1/2" Air Impact Wrench

I had a buddy who repaired air tools part time while we were in school. He always said stick with IR or Chicago Pneumatic. So I bought a CP 734H going on 20 years ago. Great tool!

    Benchtop aaarrrggghhh

I used 2 x 10's and topped them with Laminate flooring. I glued all the Laminate seams. I also used alluminum angle for the edging and sealed that to the Laminate with RTV. I masked the RTV area to make it look nice. That was at least 10 years ago. It is looking a little beat up now. But, it can...

    Floor jack identification and information

Can anyone identify this floor jack? I would like to repair it and use it but I need some information about it first. It says 1T the top with 300H just above. It also says Sweden on part of it. All the fasteners are metric. It might have been Red at one time instead of Black. That is the extent...

Anyone on here into cigars scotch and other libations?

Friend of mine gave me a partial bottle of Lagavulin 16 cause he didn't like it. I had never tried it before and was worried since he didn't like it. Wow, it was effin' great! That bottle is gone and needs to be replaced now. Oh, and I have been smoking up a box of Fuente Double Chateau's...

    Really stupid moves

I was mowing the yard with my Snapper rear engine riding mower. It had a 10 hp pull start engine. I decided to take a beer break. So I came wheeling up to the garage service door at top speed and shut it off. After a refreshing and relaxing couple of beers, I turned the key on and gently pulled...

What smell do you hate the most (in the shop)

Used gear lube is bad. Gas is a little to strong for me too and stick around for a while too.

How many of you have a pee funnel in your garage?

A friend of mine was over one day when his son had to go pee (son was about 3~4 years old at the time) His dad told him to go outside. Junior took one step out the service door, dropped his pants to his ankles, and took care of business. I got a good laugh out of that! Jeff

    Lights on the garage door

I'm thinking about putting a light(s) on the big door at about knee height. The light would illuminate the area under the door when opened. Has anyone else seen the need for this and used a similar solution? Jeff

    Mounting Garage Opener on Ceiling

After sheetrock. It should make replacing the opener easier in a few years.

    Ryobi Cordless Tools

I have had a "set" for about a year now. It replaced my Porter Cable stuff. Ryobi is a "good value" but not the best equipment. The chuck on the Ryobi drill was junk from the first day. I replaced it with the one from my old Porter Cable drill and have been happy since then.
