    Floor grinding

I've done a ton of grinding with it, like thousands of square feet. Great machine and tooling. There are several different ways to polish the floor with it, ie: different tooling options.

    Floor grinding

6toGo - Are you looking to actually polish the concrete or just grind it for a coating? There are way better options than a dimabrush and vacuums to go with them so you've got zero dust. Most Sunbelt Rental stores (and many small shops as well) carry a grinder from Husqvarna called the PG 450...

    New Ryobi storage

I've been using the Dewalt Tough System and like it a lot. They are modular boxes that clip together and they also have a cart for them. I usually clip two together and carry them. They're crazy tough and easy to handle...

Do I need wire in the concrete?

Steel in the floor and have them soff-cut it in the green zone. Concrete doesn't have to randomly crack.

    epoxy over oil

Go rent one of these for a day (with a vac) and prep the floor the best way. Adhesion to oil is going to be an issue without removing it. http://www.husqvarna.com/int/construction/products/surface-preparation-products/pg-280/

What can I do to prevent these cracks

What he said - Soff-Cut with joint protectors at the 90* intersections. Looks like someone cut really late and used a cured concrete blade.

    1983 Jeep CJ8 Scrambler

After owning and restoring this Jeep over 4 years, I need to let it go. Last time I shared a picture of it in the wheeling thread I got some thumbs up, so I figured I'd share it here. This jeep is also now listed on eBay. I'm relocating after being out of work for 6 months and can't take all...

    Roofing Question - Gambrel Roof

Kevin - thanks for the insight. I figured there was a 'right way' to flash those transitions. I found an image on roofing.com that shows it in use: The next trick will be finding this flashing product locally....

    Roofing Question - Gambrel Roof

To the roofing experts on the forum, I'm seeking some advice on shingling a gambrel style roof. Following some unfortunate storm damage to my garage, I'm going to reshingle the whole building. My question is about the angle transitions on the gambrel roof. Over time the shingles that were...

monster beam . How to get it up?

You could also do it the safe way and rent a piece of equipment! A JCB 520 or something similar would do the job without risking hurting someone!

    Pipe threader

I also read the reviews about the HF threaded, but bought it anyway. I did about 40 sets of 3/4" threads last weekend and everything worked fine. The ratchet function and handle is kind of ****, but the tool gets the job done.
