Yeah I never have a problem and always take care of my stuff too... ANd in the rare chance I have to get something warrantied I don't have a problem dealing with SO CS... But the local guy around here has sold me tools but because I don't work at a shop anymore he told me that he can't warranty...

Sure there are many "work arounds" but there shouldn't have to be... Heck someone was the original purchaser at one point... And said person is still the original purchaser... Your just storing, using and warrantying it for him... LOL
