I bought a used set of smith heavy duty torches
came with the everything but the tanks
but the acetylene gauge has female fitting instead of male
what do i need to do? adapter? new gauge?
could it have been used with propane?
thanks Johnny
update
after a call to snap on the deaaler had my new shiny ratchet for me this week
pissed but he had it
and i did buy the gearwrench set that look just like them to throw in his face the tawain rathets had a lifetime warranty ...........and at 60 bucks a set.......i like them too
i think thats alot of it
have been a great customer never missed a payment
bought 3 boxes
solus scan tool and updates
tens of thousands dollars of tools
but paid him off about a month ago(baby coming)
now hes the biggest ***
he will warrnaty the repair kit
but that will not fix it
its in the teeth on the ratchet itsself
and that he says isnt under ANY warranty
so i paid $108.00 for a ratchet that is worth NOTHING now and olny about $30.00 new
I have a fh747 that is about 5 years old and the dealer will not warranty it!
said the head is the only thing that is warrantied
the teeth on the ratchet are not!
$108 shot down the drain
im in NC

thanks for all the help
i have purchased a "like new" (and it is) AN611 makita nail gun from ebay
also got pactool...........tool for hardi siding
fits under the first row and a lever locks it in for the next row
i do believe this can be done
from the quotes i have got i know i can do it...
before i can start my shop i have to reside the house
it has masonite on it now and all the lower boards are shot
so i am looking to see if any of you have done this yourself and just what i have to look forward too
thanks Johnny
