Check for side and rear lot line set back requirements. It's doubtful you can build that close to and adjoining lot.

I score a level line then attach a 2x4 as a ledge to set the upper sheet on. Then use a pry bar and block to lift lower sheets. If you need vertical support make a 2x4 with 45degree or so cut and nail a 1x6 or 1x8 2ft...
I bought one of those new in 1979 from NAPA for $328 I believe. I changed a lot of Powerglides and Turbo 350 and 400 transmissions back then with it.

The plan you have takes skilled carpentry or some heavy duty girder trusses and medium skilled carpentry.
You could build a simple 2 story structure cheaper. 5 man crew 2 or three days. A super crew one day. Floor trusses, simple web trusses on top. Upstairs roof trusses could be set in one...
Oscilating saw. Easy. Score cutout with knife first. I cut the end off hardwood 3/4 in trim to slide hardwood oak floor under with these. $15 at Harbor Freight or similar up to $90.
