Read a little bit about these. It is a very, very cool piece of equipment. Something that I'd love to have.. when I have a bigger shop. My garage is VERY small. I learn by taking things apart.. and breaking them. My endeavors here wont stop me from jumping at a better machine when one comes up...

Despite best judgement, my stubborness has won out for now. I modeled a new blade guide in fusion360. 3d printing it in PA6-GF30.

Yeah, I tend to over do it and break stuff in the process.. but reading more about the blade guides on these delta clones, it doesn't seem to take much to snap components. I'll be keeping an eye out for a new saw, but the price will have to be right.

I ended up making a washer out of hardboard since I didnt have an actual washer that size. It actually brought the wheels fairly close to planar. Thats when I went on to snap basically every part of the upper blade guide.

Yeah. It just ***** that I cant even sell it now. I will keep the motor and bearings, but aside from that.. so long, $120
