I chose to go with woof framing due to my lack of knowledge of metal work. Turned out good thanks for all the input. Defently alot more storage area.

Consider a metal garage. They are alot cheaper than building a normal garage. 1 put up a 24x31 for under 5k. Check out carolina carports they did mine and I'm pleased. Instalation is free in 48 states also.

I am thinking of doing the same loft idea in my metal garage. I have never worked with a metal building. If any one has any pointers in installing a loft in a metal build please chime in. Looking for a starting point not sure if it is good to run header boards on the exterior walls and continue...
