5000 watt heater does a great job for this sq ft so far!! Added a cord and plug for easy removal ( cleaning, service, etc. )

its been a rush but I kept my word ! Done by Halloween. Still waiting on seamless gutters though. Next spring I will tackle removing old driveway. :beer:

finishing was completed on 10/19. $8 a sheet by a guy that I've worked around over the years. Excellent job!

got the gyp hung last weekend. 46 sheets. Half 12'and the other half 8'. Temporarily installed the heater (pics later), so the finisher I hired could begin finishing this weekend. He will be sanding tomorrow. Followed by paint this week. Garage doors next weekend! I'm seeing the finish line in...
