Does the roof have a ridge vent?

No, I will have gable vents and my soffits vented.

electricians showed up Friday night, 4 1/2 hours later my electric was complete, 6/3 nmb, from the house to sub panel, 50a breaker in house , These guys did a great job. Had two extra spots in the sub so they Added two junction boxes in Attic for future use. 800 in labor! Tested everything
And wired my ceiling hung heater with a plug for for easy installation once gyp is hung

Couldnt sleep, was up at 430 am and knocked out the siding in back by daylight. Finally done siding!!! Picked up garage doors at Lowe's for 436 apiece (10% off coupon ). Pella insulated with windows. Will get the gutters done this week, insulate the walls and be ready to hang the gyp by Saturday. Also need to complete breezeway ceiling this week .

got the gyp hung last weekend. 46 sheets. Half 12'and the other half 8'. Temporarily installed the heater (pics later), so the finisher I hired could begin finishing this weekend. He will be sanding tomorrow. Followed by paint this week. Garage doors next weekend! I'm seeing the finish line in the distance!! I completed the breezeway gutters this weekend, and got about half the ceiling in the breezeway completed. Subbed out gutters for garage because seamless is much better for the money!! The attic ladder in this pic was installed mid week after gyp. , I do not recommend a solo install for these!! Prior to gyp I placed 3 sheets of plywood in attic which is already being used for storage.

finishing was completed on 10/19. $8 a sheet by a guy that I've worked around over the years. Excellent job!

its been a rush but I kept my word ! Done by Halloween. Still waiting on seamless gutters though. Next spring I will tackle removing old driveway.

5000 watt heater does a great job for this sq ft so far!!
