Above 1200 Sq/FT Freshy Fresh - Mountain High Workshop and Storage: 48x30

Everything looks great! Glad to see it coming along. I wouldn't mess with UFO's as your ceilings aren't nearly high enough to give you good light without lots of shadows. I have both tube and UFO's at my shop with 16ft ceilings and I should have just added more LED tube fixtures.

    Above 1200 Sq/FT Restart

Damnit @Honch, I didn't NEED to reinvent the broom, but I'll be damned if I didn't order one of those fancy Karchers for my shop! The slightly smaller S4 was on sale so I snagged one to try. EDIT: And I can now say I am absolutely in love with it, what a game changer for keeping a smooth shop...

Wow, did they really go through the front?! *Shudder* I always assumed this type of thing occurred at the back of the neck. Glad you are on the road to recovery buddy!

Mud jacking or Poly jacking choice

They did a monolithic pour addition that's only 4 ft wide? That's terrible. So the outer wall is sitting on a narrow slab that's very long with a thickened edge(Heavier) along that side and no proper footer. That's why it is settling, too much ground pressure. Neither Poly or mudjacking is a...

    DIY Mini Splits

Bought a 12k off-brand 20 SEER unit from eBay 3 years ago, installed without purging lines, it has been running well 24/7 since then. Just about every unit for sale has pre-charged lines and units that don't require professional install. I believe I had mine put in within a couple hours.

    Between 485 & 705 SQ/FT Mid-Century Moto Mecca Makeover

Hey Gregor, I understand exactly how you feel on all fronts and it is utterly exhausting. Unfortunately the only thing to do, is keep moving forward, one step at a time. Regarding the vehicle problem, I told my parent I needed to take their car in for service one day, and just didn't bring it...

You'd think they would have some way to heat those facilities at least warm enough to prevent THAT kind of freezing! Sounds like a wild time, glad you guys are ok, sorry to hear about your Toyota *Snicker* :P

Sanity Check - 3 Car Attached Quote

Based on what I read, I'm fairly certain it does NOT include drywall, any doors, or a concrete floor. The specific garage doors you choose will change the price but you aren't getting 3 roll-up sectional garage doors for less than $9000, especially with high-lift track and operators. Basically...
