Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT From losing everything to being cash-poor and shop-rich in "only" five years!

My brother in Christ, TWO POINTS OF CONTACT at all times with spinning wheels of death involved. Glad you survived! We use 7-10" concrete blades on our large grinders and between those and the 16" concrete saws I have a healthy respect for rotational momentum. Nice job on the ways covers!

:eek:Holy **** my friend! And here I was just feeling a little sorry for myself because I need to repair a rusty rocker on my Dodge 3500.... I'm feeling much more optimistic now. 😅

Above 1200 Sq/FT Freshy Fresh - Mountain High Workshop and Storage: 48x30

Everything looks great! Glad to see it coming along. I wouldn't mess with UFO's as your ceilings aren't nearly high enough to give you good light without lots of shadows. I have both tube and UFO's at my shop with 16ft ceilings and I should have just added more LED tube fixtures.

    Above 1200 Sq/FT Restart

Damnit @Honch, I didn't NEED to reinvent the broom, but I'll be damned if I didn't order one of those fancy Karchers for my shop! The slightly smaller S4 was on sale so I snagged one to try. EDIT: And I can now say I am absolutely in love with it, what a game changer for keeping a smooth shop...

Mud jacking or Poly jacking choice

They did a monolithic pour addition that's only 4 ft wide? That's terrible. So the outer wall is sitting on a narrow slab that's very long with a thickened edge(Heavier) along that side and no proper footer. That's why it is settling, too much ground pressure. Neither Poly or mudjacking is a...

    DIY Mini Splits

Bought a 12k off-brand 20 SEER unit from eBay 3 years ago, installed without purging lines, it has been running well 24/7 since then. Just about every unit for sale has pre-charged lines and units that don't require professional install. I believe I had mine put in within a couple hours.

    Between 485 & 705 SQ/FT Mid-Century Moto Mecca Makeover

Hey Gregor, I understand exactly how you feel on all fronts and it is utterly exhausting. Unfortunately the only thing to do, is keep moving forward, one step at a time. Regarding the vehicle problem, I told my parent I needed to take their car in for service one day, and just didn't bring it...
