That's what i was saying was broken up when I got it so I assumed that would solve the pressure problem when I replaced it. Inserts slide freely, air gap is correct, and it produces a lot of air movement through the air line...just doesn't translate to suction on the fuel.

I went to 3 different places and couldn't find a pressure gauge low enough for this so I ordered one online today and should get it Monday. My problem with that though is that even with the screw adjusted to (what should be) as high as the pressure could possibly go, there's not even an attempt...

EDIT: I thought I put this in the HVAC forum here, but apparently did not.... I recently picked up a free Master 165k BTU model B165DT heater that won't ignite. I've hit all the checklists I can think of from Youtube videos and general internet troubleshooting and still can't get it to pull...
