How long to wait after washing concrete floor to apply PS104 Lithium Silicate w/ Siliconate Densifier WB Penetrating Sealer? I have looked as much as I can and have not found an answer.

Need to test porosity, densities and prep is more than advertised by certain sites . I am going to go with PS104 silicatehardener sealer, I will report back.
