I see in the pics that where the paint is gone appears rust colored, but what I saw mostly is grease/dirt buildup and where the paint is missing, just needs a little primer, no rust holes. My husband is sick today, but heading over there to work on it now.

My buddy has a Snap On Tool Chest (2 boxes, upper & lower). The pictures are of it dirty, but we are cleaning it up good tomorrow. Will post new pics then. It is a 1967 (USA 67 on bottom). I didn't check the top for a number yet. He needs to sell it but I keep finding huge price variations...
