I worked for a A-Frame "summer home on the lake" company many years ago.
The two halves of the "A-Frame" were hauled to the prepared site and installed over either
a basement foundation or a crawl space. All came with a spiral staircase.
One of my associate welders "Willie" built the spiral...
Question for the Members who have modded the Black 4 Drawer Tool Cart.
I have purchased a few of the carts now.
One is a "as received/as designed" 'Roll Around' cart.
One is a slightly modded cart where I removed the lower section of the cart and located the box on top of a 42" single drawer...
I just bought two of the 7 Drawer HF Side Bench Cabinets yesterday.
No real price save, but needed the extra storage capability and the taller height

The lower section pieces I cut off right at the top of the perimeter walls, added the casters, etc and use it to move several stacked...
I worked on a Trolley garage door opener system today.
It uses a spinning tube (driven by a heavy duty motor and belt/pulleys) to raise a heavy wooden door. The spinning tube has a trolley that pulls the door up the track and towards the motor where a shut-off switch stops the process when...
Glad you are taking the extra step to purchase Higher Capacity Jack Stands.
That being said, I always stack a couple of old mounted tires under the side of the car I am working on (to keep the body drop to a minimum (if a hoist/jack stand failure does happen). Be safe.

2) Father constructed the stud frame walls by himself using a front end loader with a bucket on the front. Father made several "tools" to help with the construction.
3) Son came and helped but was in college or a job.
