Some Info:
1) Garage was 3 vehicle with upstairs 3 large windows
2) Father constructed the stud frame walls by himself using a front end loader with a bucket on the front. Father made several "tools" to help with the construction.
3) Son came and helped but was in college or a job.
4) Father and son wanted to build a Cobra replica (I believe using a Fab 5 type chassis and body).
5) Garage was built several years ago (maybe in the 200-300 page) time frame.
