    off topic plumbing question

The one in my old house I had to gut damn near the whole bathroom because the pipe underneath cracked and I couldn't get underneath, and had to pull the tub...I was literally all set and dragging the tub when the side of it separated from.the rest of the tub. I didnt care at that point, figured...

    off topic plumbing question

i actually tried that haha, i just couldn't get it to seat right. I actually got it to come out! it was a normal threaded one (albiet cheap version). Method was using a roofing hammer with the claw inside the drain and using the handle for leverage to turn the drain out. It took quite a few...

    off topic plumbing question

If it makes a difference, this room is on a slab so no crawl space or cheap access to the underside for me. What's odd too is this room isn't all that old. Maybe 10-15 years old, so not like stainless parts weren't in existence when they put the shower in. it had a cheapo press on screen as well

    off topic plumbing question

I know not directly garage related unless you're super fancy and have a shower in there but... bought a new house and the shower drain is disgustingly rusted. I want to replace it. However, inside the drain there's no "cross beam" type thing for a drain removal tool, and no notch in the flange...

    NewAge Cabinets reviews and tips

ugh i bought a set about six months ago...a month after that I bought some new property and decided they'd be better suited in the shop there than at the old place. I still haven't gotten around to even taking them out of the box!

Garage door opener for multiple doors

Pretty much nailed it. It comes in handy now and then, but mainly for when i leave and forget to close the door, I can close it from anywhere, or open the door for large shipments etc without driving home.

Garage door opener for multiple doors

I have a chamberlain at one house that has the android app, pretty handy but not very efficient. i'll have to browse some. I don't mind having two clickers, that would be just fine if i could fit all the doors into them. I just pictured right off the bat my entire visor being covered in garage...

Garage door opener for multiple doors

That's not bad, then i'd only need two remotes.

Garage door opener for multiple doors

Do they make a clicker that has multiple buttons for different doors? I have seven garage door openers on one piece of property that would be handy to have as few clickers as possible. i've seen some four button remotes but not positive that i can program each button to a different door.

    Masterforce Tool Box Sale

just got back from menards, they had display models on sale, not as big of a price drop as the employee told me last week (but it might still be early yet). Either way, I grabbed a MF 30" top/bottom for a hell of a deal. Haven't brought it home yet, the rear airbags froze up in the hummer while...

    Learning as I go

Sorry I'll surely update my profile information! James - I've considered and would love to go full concrete, I honestly just don't think I can afford it. For just a parking space, I was quoted $4,000. I can't imagine what the full garage would cost, being about 400sq ft.
