Hi all, I’m hatching plans to create a work shop for the wife in the basement. She retires from the Army in 2 years, but I want to set it up now before her 50th birthday...in less than 67 days. Everyone here is so creative; I’d like to lean on that creativity and set up a cool workshop for her...

I will as soon as I get some more carts. I mowed the yard pretty low to gauge the layout. It will be difficult navigating on slicks...lol. I used the golf cart and atv as a test bed and I can see everyone having a great time.

Might be the Army in me, but I plan to trudge forward with this. If they don't like it, we can reach a compromise, maybe less laps or something. 11B for the win. Taking care of soldiers. :beer:

One of the civilians at work (he is a former military brat, so I'm letting him in) has taken up the mantle for track design. I will check out ****'s and Amazon for reflective cones as well as those flags companies use when they survey your home for pipes and wires underground.

Thanks for all the comments gents. I have my mind made up on grabbing a 120gal (500lb) tank. I would rather buy new. I will contact as many dealers as possible. There is definitely a monopoly here, but owning my tank is the way to go. ADK Mike, I will be taking this path.

Definitely not renting again. I am not opposed to getting 2 100lb bottles with an automatic regulator either. I can put them I the back of my dually and fill them at Uhaul or Costco as needed....
