Well, it's only a 19000 btu heater. Your space requires quite a bit more than that. I wouldn't fault the heater because it's too small for the application.

Well, if you can't find an all in one option locally then you can just buy a cheap empty 2 bulb fixture. Then grab a couple of bulbs from earthled as they have a few options under 17$ each.

I picked up that red heater a couple weeks back and am happy with it. Have a 24x24 fully insulated garage and it'll take it from 20s to comfy in about 1 to 1.5 hours.
