Back in august i bought a snap on ct8850 and it was a great tool that made my work easier, until in november it stopped working in reverse, i had it sent out and now that it has been rebuilt once it stopped working alltogether. Has anyone else had problems?

i bought mine 2 1/2 months ago and it worked great for a month before i had to get a defective battery replaced, this saturday it started stopping but only in reverse, yesterday it stopped working in reverse altogether, so tommorow im sending it to be rebuilt
last week i put an order in on the snap on truck for some 3/8 extensions, he didnt have them on the truck but when he showed up this week he got me the extensions and a bluetooth socket speaker thats pretty awesome... and the best part is he gave me a deal on the extensions anyway
