Stihl for the chainsaw. I've had mine for 5+ years - not a single problem. Backpack blower - I've used Stihl and Echo, both commercial grade. The Echo blowers were lighter than the Stihl (which makes a huge difference over a 12 hour day), but both were satisfactory.
