By day 9 all the siding was done and trim and gutters were being done while a crew blew in 1 inch of closed cell foam insulation. All done by 12pm on day 9!
Slab poured 4" with perimeter and interior beams using 3500 psi concrete.
Watered it to cure for 7 days and then the contractor had steel delivered.
Contractor started building on Labor Day and had most of it standing on day 2!
Site cleared, stumps pushed and forms set!
The building is 30x50x12 with a 4:12 roof and a 12x10ft insulated sectional door. The windows are 2x3 insulated. The roof is galvulume and the walls are Hunter green with a Burnished Slate trim.
