Hey guys i have a few britool spanners myself and some socket sets, the old ones, bought these a couple of years ago and they are my favourite .

I do believe that the circle that is on the 75 amp setting is there to indicate that it can be used for the pipe thawing operation, but it also means that at this setting the welder is rated at 1 hour of continuous duty , so you could safely thaw the pipe for an hour with out damaging the welder .

It seems to be building the air pressure, however if you're not using air in sufficient quantity the modulation system will not allow air pressure to build, open the air outlet valve and see if the unit keeps up with the demand

It cant be used to weld, but it sure does work nicely for brazing , especially for brass or aluminium, with the correct flux of course.:thumbup:

A lot of guys are using propane instead of the traditional acetylene for their cutting and brazing operations its much cheaper and more readily available,when you're cutting you wont be able to tell the difference, regular BBQ tank works fine, Oxygen tank size, Id go with a 220 cubic oxygen...

If you have to have your septic pumped every year something is wrong, if its filled with solids then the bacteria in there is not working, Try using a little baking soda to clean your bowl instead of any chemicals . I've heard that cheese rejuvenates the bacteria ?. :dunno:

On those older style pumps, that don't have the valve plate, I have used rivets in place of those destructive little screws. and they hold up nicely never had one become loose.
