    I'd love to hear some of your experience with different brands and models of tire machines and balancers. I know deals sometimes pop up on used equipment, but if I'm not counting on luck and would like to stay under $10k for a combo, are any of these lesser brands a good deal or worth the money...

    That definitely looks like powder-coat (vs. paint) and it must have taken a good beating to chip sections off.
