Import "computer" tire balancer with motorcycle adapter - chasing weights with dynamic balancing

Is it possible to use dynamic mode with a motorcycle clamp adapter or does the adapter throw off the machine? In dynamic mode I just keep chasing weights when I clamp the wheel in a new position. (works fine when doing a static balance)

The instructions are horrific and it's not "motorcycle specific", but the inputs are wide enough to work fine with a motorcycle wheel.

Does anyone else own an import balancer and have you been able to dynamic balance with the clamp style adapter or do need to use a foam pad clamping setup with dynamic. I feel like the tire clamp might be throwing off the machine.

I usually just static balance on motorcycle wheels. I've never even tried to dynamic balance one

I don't really need the ability to dynamic balance but I'd like to know if it's possible, especially for wider sportbike wheels.

I believe you want to be using the static option, but it also looks like your balancer isn't bolted down. I would want to make sure it's shimmed and secured as well as calibrated before trying to do your motorcycle tires.

Also when you're spinning it, is there any wobble in the shaft? If the "axle" is even a little bent you'll never get it balanced.

Last, if you've added any sealant, like Ride-on, there is no balancing you can do. You'll have to just ride it and let it sort itself out.
