    Annual maintenance on my zero turn changed oil and filters on my transmissions, cleaned the deck and sharpened the blades.

    Assuming this was directed to me...I use the one sold by the same company. Controls 1-5 fans with integrated reversing switch.

    I considered a BAF but couldn't justify the cost. Fan noise wasn't a concern so I went with a pair of 56" envirofans. Pretty nice at $230 each and I can have them wired in parallel to a wall mounted switch to easily control direction and speed of both fans. On high, each fan is rated at 2100...

    Plan looks solid...any thought on windows/natural light? a second overhead door is nice so you don't always have to move stuff around to have door access.

    Thats how my pole barn is setup...4' truss centers with white metal rib panels. Blew in R42 on top of them.

    for larger garages, what about the liftmaster commercial jackshaft openers? Such as the LJ8900W? Doesn't use the fancy controllers....just a "Single button Control station" part 02-101 Manual says "not for residential use" wonder why?

    Also depends on what the Bottom Chord Dead Load (BCDL) rating on the trusses are. Unless its >=5psf I wouldn't hang a ceiling.
