Sounds like your ECM is going bad. My 95 Chevy 350 TBI did the same thing and that is what had to be replaced.

Is that a 4" diameter filter? If it is that is the size that was on my compressor and I found a 4" replacement filter for those Cal Custom air cleaners at the parts store.

Sounds like the problem is more with the panel being too close to a water supply. Isn't there a minimum distance for that?

Did you adjust the springs the same number of turns on both sides?

I installed a chain link fence by driving posts and then driving in anchors that slip around the post and it worked out really well! The tools to install it had a metal plug that went inside the end of the post to prevent smashing the post while using a post driver.

Just installed a Wayne Dalton door with the same type of adjusters and it was really easy to adjust. I find they are a little light on their recomendations for number of turns on the springs though. All you need is a wrench or a ratchet to adjust the springs.

Also keep in mind that Lowes will price match competitors pricing plus take an additional 10% off. You just have to show an add or printed info to verify that the items are identical.
