where did you get the kit for the materials? Did that include all the metal?

Yeah they should have cut it the same day right after they sealed it!! It helps prevent from chipping on the edge of the cut.

My garage is a suspended slab and here(KY) the code was rebar 1' on center each way tied to rebar 1' on center coming out of the foundation. Of course it is on my attached garage and it had to be 6" thick and it is only a 24x26 if it was any bigger then we had to have a beam.

I am thinking of building pretty much the same size. This is an aweseom build. I am curious of some of the costs like the trusses. If you are not wanting to share that is fine but if you could let me know what each truss cost. I am trying to decide if i want a 26 x60 with a attic for living...
